Meet the Owners!
Austin and Taylor Watts are the husband-and-wife team behind Ascension Party Rentals.

Austin began working the day the business was founded while still in high school. He became manager in 2008, earned his business degree in college, and later attended the LSU Fire and Emergency Training Institute to become a full-time firefighter with the Prairieville Fire Department—all while managing Ascension Party Rentals. In July 2012, Austin officially bought out the family business and has since grown it into one of the most trusted and reliable event rental companies in South Louisiana. With over two decades of experience, Austin has helped create thousands of unforgettable events across the Baton Rouge and Ascension area.

Taylor has been involved in the business since she and Austin began dating in 2005. A registered nurse with a bachelor's degree from ULL, Taylor worked in healthcare while continuing to support the business on and off throughout the years. In 2012, she officially became co-owner alongside Austin, and in 2022, she made the leap to join Ascension Party Rentals full-time. Taylor now manages day-to-day office operations and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves in the field when needed. Known for her friendly personality and love for people, she brings warmth and a personal touch to every event.

Together, Austin and Taylor are proud parents to three daughters—Charlie, Landry, and Presley. As a family, they are passionate about helping others celebrate life’s special moments with ease, joy, and style.
